I still have a shoulder. No, this isn't really a surprise at all. The specifically good news is that they bothered to x-ray it, and they didn't see anything too wrong. The next best good news is that he doesn't want to try anything before we see if physical therapy works. Yay! The longer I can keep my inside bits unexposed to light and sharp pointy things, the better. Of course, the next good news down the pipe was that shoulders apparently respond very well to physical therapy. Now I just need to find the time to schedule some sessions.
The bad news of last night: did my taxes. I owe $1300 because I tried one of my dad's techniques (head of household. No, I don't know how he figured that I could qualify for it once upon a time and yet I can't now). Fucknuts.
On the other hand, it makes for an interesting bit of financing. Many years ago, it was pointed out to me that taxes are an interest-free loan to the government. Why not arrange for the entire country to claim 10 withholdings? At least, those who oppose military actions could. That would mean a lot less money for the government to play with now, plus you get the interest for that year, rather than them. (Well, the reason why is that it would never work... people would end up spending all of that money, and still owe it to the government, so more people in jail... and so on)
